You will be associated with one of the leading Life Insurance companies in the world. The brand image of LIC of India is huge, people in India identify life Insurance as LIC only. Thus selling life Insurance policies for LIC of India is much easier.
This position requires frequent travel to meet with clients in the community. You will be visiting offices, attending events in the community, meeting with community groups, and providing presentations on our products and services.
We have different products catering to the differing needs of all segments of society. These are basic Insurance plans (whole life, endowment, and money-back), Term Assurance Plans, Unit linked plans, Pension Plans, Health plans, Variable Insurance Products, etc.
You need to be thorough and knowledgeable. Ask questions when necessary to provide clarity and information. Always be honest with customer's and provide the best answers possible to resolve their concerns or problems.
The Life Insurance profession is the “best paid hard work”. The harder you work the more commission you get. Moreover, the sale of life Insurance gives repeated commission payments for one sale and what is more, they continue even after the agent resigns or dies - provided he has the required business in force as per rules.

You have to do all documentation of Client's Policy
You need to submit all docs to Branch for process
One every Policy you sold, you will receive up to 25% of Premium Collected and 7.5% for next 2 year and 5% Lifetime of policy.
Que. : What are the Targets for Insurance Agents?
Insurance Agent Need to fulfill minimum criteria of 6 Policy and 50,000 Every Year, Once they have cleared 5 Year this figure is not mandatory to receive commission.
